Amsterdam’s most special restaurants united in an iconic cookbook: Shortlist Amsterdam, the English edition.

After years of tasting dishes and reviewing pretty much every restaurant in Amsterdam, culinary journalists and sisters Famke & Floor van Praag have compiled a list of their all-time favourites. This beautifully designed cookbook focuses on 20 beloved restaurants in the city. This cookbook is a genuine homage to these uncompromising places, with stunning photos by renowned photography duo Petrovsky & Ramone.
